Design Notes
We codon-optimized the sequence for expression in chassis Yarrowia lipolytica by referencing the organism's codon bias. To make the part RCF[10]-compatible, we also removed all EcoRI, XbaI, SpeI and PstI cut sites from the sequence by codon-optimization.

This part comes from the genome of Schizochytrium sp. ATCC 20888. In our project, it was codon-optimized for Yarrowia lipolytica, divided into 3 fragments and synthesized by commercial provider Integrated DNA Technology (IDT)
